Anyone who knows me personally, or has spent any time looking through the content on this website, will understand that I am now a member of a confessional Lutheran church fellowship in Fareham, United Kingdom. The church pastor is a man by the name of Tapani Simojoki, who I am glad to consider a friend, and extremely grateful for his faithfulness to Scriptural truth, and his ability to teach and preach it both with care and with clarity.
After a recent conversation, Pastor Tapani agreed to address questions that may be raised on the website here, especially from those who have a desire to know the truth about Jesus Christ, who He is, and all that He has done for our salvation. If you are such a person, and would like to take him up on this kind offer, then please read on to find out how.
The whole process only takes a couple of minutes, and begins by signing up as a member of our forum and website here: https://catechism.co.uk/forum/?wpforo=signup where you simply provide a username you want to use, and a valid email address, where your password will be sent to (there is also an option to log in via Facebook). This will allow you to make full use of the forum, messaging system, chat room, and any other member service that may be on offer in future. There is no requirement to be a confessional Lutheran yourself, or even already a Christian believer. But simply that you are willing to abide by the simple rules we have put in place, to safeguard all our visitors, and to provide an enjoyable online resource for all.
Once you are registered as a member and logged in, then simply visit the “Ask The Pastor” forum, and add a new topic containing your question, along with any relevant information you wish to include. Please bear in mind that Pastor Tapani is a very busy man, so it may take a little time to receive a response. However all your questions will be forwarded to him, and I am fully confident a sincere and thoughtful reply will be forthcoming. In our conversation we did discuss the possibility of shooting short video responses to some of the questions, in order that these can be added to our Youtube channel, and easily shared with others in the future.
