We have recently been through a series of studies at Our Saviour Lutheran Church regarding Christian piety, by way of a book written by Pastor Will Weedon called “Thank, Praise, Serve & Obey – Recover the joys of piety”. I would simply like to recommend this book to anyone and everyone!
If I am completely honest, there were many negative opinions I held about this subject, mainly out of sheer ignorance. However this book single-handedly manages to clearly define what true Christian piety is, and how it sits in perfect harmony with a salvation that is wrought solely by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
